Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed gear with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
